Abstract:

The story begins with a decision situation concerning three investors. As the title of this article said,  the subject is a risk avoiding manager, the 3^rd investor waiting for building approval of the most important two AstrA and AstrB’ projects, needed also by the initial investors the 1^st and the 2^nd. From the start he decided that AstrA must be first finished but is aware that risk comes from the 2^nd investor that aims for AstrB. He remembered a situation with similarly faced opportunities.
