Expert Opinions as a Method of Diversification of Sources in Qualitative Research in Management Science

Abstract:

The main problem of the article is a question: how to increase the credibility and variety of sources in qualitative research, especially in those areas of management science that cannot be directly verified by quantitative methods. The main aim is to assess the possibility of using business advisors (experts) as an objective source of research information. The background to the proposal is the area of making decisions in a crisis situation of an enterprise. In the empirical part, the method of systematic literature review was used. Furthermore, the paper presents recommendations for the use of various research tools enabling effective collection of information for research (based ona authors’ own experience).
