Exploring the Relationship between Cognitive Load of Mobile Workers and Learning Style

Abstract:

The emergence of mobile information and communication technologies offers new opportunities to learners to support their learning anytime anywhere. However, mobility and ubiquity of work have brought into focus the problems of information overload. Being aware of the way mobile workers absorb and process information, the purpose of the current research is to explore the relation between worker's mobility and her learning style through enhancing the information load. Categorizing this relationship can offer new individual and organizational opportunities to face challenges. Also, it will provide us with a useful framework for future researches.
