Extending the ASP.NET Membership schema for a SQL Server survey database through IIS 7

Abstract:

The goal is to create an ASP.NET Web application which has the Membership schema implemented at server level (IIS 7 and SQL Server 2008 Enterprise) and not local like in the SQL Server Express case. The database will contain, apart from the Membership tables, other tables used for online public opinion survey. The application must permit to the new clients and respondents to create their own account and to specify their personal characteristic because this data will count in the future sampling process.
