Abstract:

The investigation has as basic aim identify, evaluate and analyze, which are the principal factors that limit the putting in value of the tourist resources of the province of San Marcos of Cajamarca's department - 2025; to achieve the aim it was proceeded to poll to a sample of 384 settlers of the province in mention and to the totality of authorities of the Provincial Municipality of San Marcos (10 persons); in addition retailer carried out an observation of each one of the resources with which it counts the above mentioned locality.

The results reflect that the principal factors that limit the putting in value of the tourist resources are: in the economic field, the deficient investment in tourist activity; in the area of management, the lack of interest and importance that is offered to him to the resources and finally the insufficient knowledge, which San Marquinas possesses both the population and the authorities, modal to to the value and importance that his resources represent.
