Factors Effecting Tourist’s Continued Use Intention of Mobile Travel Apps in Pakistan: Moderating Effects of Compatibility

Abstract:

This conceptual paper aimed to study the factors of continued use intention of mobile travel apps in Pakistan based on information system (IS) success model as underpinning theory. It further investigates the moderating effects of compatibility on the proposed model relationships. This study proposed a framework, containing constructs of information quality, system quality, service quality, trust, customer satisfaction, and continuance intention and sheds light on the body of knowledge by focusing on the tourists continued use intention of mobile travel apps in Pakistan. It further concluded that this framework can well explain the mechanism of potential tourists continued use intention.
