Abstract:
The success of the socio-economic system of the country, its economic, political independence and sustainability depend primarily on the industry performance, since it is the foundation of the economy of any country. It is the development of industry that is the basis for accelerating scientific and technological progress. One of the incentives for this process is also the transition to a new technological paradigm [1]. The world is currently transitioning to the fifth technological paradigm, but the qualitative transformation of these technologies will lead to the formation of a new sixth technological paradigm focused on industry differentiation and individualization of consumption, a sharp decrease in energy capacity and material consumption, designing materials and products with predetermined properties. All this will undoubtedly significantly improve the quality of life, including an increase in the lifespan. To eliminate the technological gap, a national priority goal is set before the domestic industry, aimed at a qualitative breakthrough in the sixth technological paradigm.
