Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing customers to use Agrobank Teluk Intan Branch. In this study, the researcher wants to focus on the factors that can attract or influence people to use Agrobank. This is because, there are several factors that can influence people to use Agrobank products and services and based on the previous journal, the researcher can said that different place come out with different factors. So, the researcher wants to study what are the factors that influence people in Teluk Intan, Perak towards the acceptance of Agrobank. In this research, the researcher uses the variables that take from the previous journal as independent variables.
