Abstract:

The article presents the results of a survey conducted in a manufacturing company. The aim of the survey is to understand the factors that motivate and demotivate employees. The survey concerned the most important aspects affecting the quality and efficiency of employees' performance. The results of the survey made it possible to identify the elements that increase motivation and those that decrease it.
