Abstract:

Objective: The research objective is to uncover a system of factors that determine the effectiveness of innovative processes in a country's economy, to present a classification of factors and highlight current trends in technological development. Methods: The methodological basis of this work includes fundamental research of Russian and foreign scientists in the field of innovative development, strategic management, and regional economics. In the process of preparing the article, the following research methods were used: methods of systemic and formal logical, scientific analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, economic and statistical methods, and others. Findings: research results (mandatory) The factors that determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the region's innovation activity are disclosed. The need for the formation of innovative advantages of the region (IAR) as a system that accelerates the technological development of the economy was theoretically justified. Conclusions: –The results of the study may be popular in the management of innovative processes in the regional economy based on the definition, analysis and systemic formation of factors accelerating innovative technological development of the regional economy, taking into account current trends and technological forecasting.
