Abstract:

The article discusses the important role of project financing of investment projects in Russia from abroad. The article provides a comparative analysis of various theoretical approaches to assessing the essence of project financing and defines its main characteristics, showing the advantages and possibilities of using it in the conditions of financial sanctions of Western countries against Russia. The features of risk insurance in the process of project financing in Russian and foreign practice are shown. Risk management tools for project financing are analyzed, the use of innovative financial market tools is justified, and the features of green bonds as a promising tool for attracting investment and managing risks are highlighted.
