Festival as a Practical Aspect of Building the Teacher’s Authorial Position

Abstract:

The article discusses the formation of the teacher’s authorial position at the Festival of School Teachers, which is an innovative way to improve their professional competence. The authorial position lies in transfiguring understanding of the meeting between the teacher and the moderator of the Festival. It is a potential point for both to engage in professional culture. Hence, the directional effect of the authorial position of the Festival participants, which is considered in humanitarian paradigm and can be seen through employing professional (and, if thinking big, life) experience of each other in order to find similar ideas, sympathy and help. Humanitarian character of the meeting between the teacher and the moderator, which constitutes further training and assigns pedagogical meaning to their meeting, has been disclosed.
