Abstract:

As discovered the tendency to increasing of biofuel production in 2007–2017 was more than doubled due to organizational support for the development of the bioenergy industry in Ukraine, introduction of new technologies and innovative approaches, and application of foreign experience. The prevailing use of gas or oil causes the energy dependence of the economy on the external energy market, which is affected by geopolitical changes. It is proved that the level of self-sufficiency of the Ukrainian economy with fuel and energy resources can be increased due to the use of biofuel, which is produced from biomass.
