Financial and Economic Aspects of the Assessment of Innovative Projects in the Human Resource Management System

Abstract:

In article the methodology of financial and economic assessment of innovative projects in improvement of personnel management systems at the Russian enterprises is offered. Material is based on practical work of authors and a research of extensive literature on this matter. Base of the offered system of calculations is the known technique of UNIDO for commercial assessment of investment projects. Features of the offered methodology are connected with specifics of localization of the considered projects, obligatory division of the purposes of human resource management into reduction of number and increase in labor productivity or increase in sales volumes.
