Abstract:

Financial Logistics is a new research area in the field of methods and models of the Innovation Management theory. The article considers the subject of financial logistics as the area of organizational innovations being an integral and parcel part of the Innovation Management methodology which includes the principles and methods of cost-effectiveness appraisal of the results of innovation in the social and economic system. Financial Logistics as a complex of methods has being overshadowed by the financial management theory overwhelming in the subject of financial flows optimizing. Thus, the innovation management approach being a tool in planning of information and material resources, the prospect of a new synthesis of material and financial resources management models appears.
