Financial Prediction of Slovak Enterprises Providing Facility Services

Abstract:

With the growing role of knowledge, experience and amount of information, it is not feasible solution of a single enterprise to keep up with world developments in all activities that must be provided by enterprise within business processes. This fact leads a number of business executives to place an order for a range of activities that do not represent the core business for an external contractor. And it is precisely the reflection on the inclusion of these activities in strategic decisions and there is a need for a comprehensive solution to the issue of asset support through facility management. Facility management and its significant role in Slovakia through the financial model Delina and Packova was the object of the study in this research paper. This approach is considered as a recent trend, which has become exoterical in Slovak Republic, and we tried to investigate the financial health of facility enterprises which business is focused on cleaning services. The database was created by 100 enterprises and its core involved financial data from financial statements. The aim was to determine whether these enterprises are successful with regards to the new approach facility management.
