Financial Support For Small And Medium-Sized Industrial Enterprises In The Conditions Of Technological Transformation

Abstract:

The technological transformation of the economic system contributes to the improvement of existing industries and the development of new ones. The main factor in the growth of the number of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in developing countries is active state support, the formation of an effective infrastructure and the reduction of administrative barriers that impede the development of enterprises. Therefore, the formation of promising tools to support small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the Russian Federation is a priority, both for state and private investors.

The aim of the study is to analyze existing support tools for small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in terms of improving the economic situation in the Russian Federation and to increase their effectiveness.

In the process of researching tools to support small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the Russian Federation, methods of logical and statistical analysis were used, as well as a method of comparative and correlation analysis of indicators which characterize funding and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation.

The study has identified factors affecting the growth in the number of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in developing countries. At the present time, state regulation of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises and support for entrepreneurial activity are not carried out at the necessary financial and systematic levels in the Russian Federation.  To create rapid growth rate and sustainable development, small and medium-sized industrial enterprises should be regulated by the reasonable and rational impact of the state, and it should also contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for the development and maintenance of enterprises
