Abstract:

Contemporary manufacturing organizations face confusing and constantly changing environment what contributes to adaptation to the unpredictable more quickly than their competitors could do. This unpredictability also makes traditional approaches to strategic planning, management, and leadership obsolete and only marginally successful [1, 2]. Organizations have to rely on new technology development, profitability, performance of products in accordance with clients’ expectations [3-6]. In such circumstances innovation is becoming the principle solution which is actually accepted.
