Abstract:

The issue of labor imposes new coordinates in the European Economic Area and in the context of promoting a more active policy in order to improve the matter of employment to achieving a tangible social dimension. In the overall context of diversification of work relations, the main issue of flexicurity develops new and different valences for any economy centered on the sustainable development politics, especially for those dimensions raised in terms of economic instability. So, the flexicurity role in strengthening the work relations is significant and needs adequate politics to be put at work.
