Abstract:

The article is part of a series of publications on virtual supply chains. The first section characterizes determinants defining virtual supply chains. Nine areas affecting virtual supply chains have been identified. The next stage of research concerned the isolation of risk factors affecting virtual supply chains. Presented findings are supplemented by FMEA risk analysis for virtual supply chains. The research was conducted at the turn of 2019 and 2020. The objective of the research paper is to present aspects (areas) where the risk related to virtual supply chains is the most significant.
