Forestry Innovation in New Disk Cutter for Soil Preparation on Non-Uprooting Site

Abstract:

The study is interested for forestry engineers designing new innovative devices. Technologies of reforestation, avoiding of the stumps uprooting, causing the least harm to the environment of deforestation and save money. Disk tools on non-uprooting site are significantly higher than the share ploughs to ensure the required permeability. At the same time, a distinctive advantage of the disc cutters is the individual attachment of the disk bodies to the gun frame, which allows to exclude clogging of the body with soil and plant residues. The innovative design of the disk сutter body is proposed, which provides the required quality of the soil formation turnover at the cuttings. Experimental studies have been carried out, the regression equation has been obtained, allowing to determine the optimal parameters of the disk сutter body.
