Abstract:

The article presents the organizational and legal aspects of protecting the systems and structures of organizational management in high-tech companies.  It shows the algorithm of tensor structure creation, allowing to introduce into company management structure the organizational innovations that ensure the compliance of innovative objects quality with consumers’ requirements, the examination of technical level and the organization of high-tech products’ manufacturing, the study of patent and legal indicators of the products, the delivery and sale conditions.
