Formation of a Competence Model of Management Personnel for a Medical Organization Implementing the Smart Hospital Concept

Abstract:

The paper suggests an approach to the formation of a competence model of administrative and management personnel for a medical organization implementing the concept of Smart Hospital. The research is based on a functional approach to enterprise management. The hypothesis of the research is formulated and confirmed: the formation of requirements for specialists in the field of management based on the functional approach allows to develop an administrative and management personnel model. It is one of the factors that ensure the successful Smart Hospital implementation and development.
