Formation of a Nomenclature of Indicators of Household Applianc-es Quality and its Qualification Assessment

Abstract:

According to several authors [1], increasing competition in global markets requires companies to focus on two main aspects of the production system: cost reduction and product quality. On the one hand, cost reductions are directly related to improving the energy efficiency of products. Here too, experience in researching purchasing intentions for energy-efficient appliances [2] and assessing the noise level of household appliances [3] is of particular interest. Reducing the environmental impact of household appliances is also an important aspect. For example, a number of authors proposed a mitigation scenario [4] or an analysis of particulate emissions from household electrical appliances [5]. On the other hand, cost reductions are due to the introduction of innovative developments that improve certain consumer properties of products. Thus, a number of authors [6] reviewed achievements aimed at potential energy savings through the use of advanced technologies in household appliances. In our view, the development of intelligent online machine quality control using discrete wavelet analysis [7] and a prototype of an ice machine with periodic solar energy adsorption using water as a cooling agent and silica gel as an adsorbent [8] may have some interest. In the case of household appliance products, we cannot help but notice the trend towards fault diagnosis and longer product life. A number of studies are being carried out in this area by teams of authors [9], the analysis of which can be widely used in the practice of repair or disposal of equipment [10], and the development of an interactive diagnostic system for monitoring the quality of household appliances [11]. At the same time, the competitiveness of any product on the market, including household appliances, is conditioned by consumer preferences in market segmentation. According to a number of authors [12], ergonomic factors, reliability factors [13] and, of course, environmental ones [14] must be taken into account. At present, authors [15] are paying increasing attention to testing the condition of products, including household appliances, in order to determine their competitiveness in the market. In order to create competitive products that meet all customer requirements and maintain a targeted assortment policy, it is proposed to use qualification evaluation. Previously, we proposed an algorithm for forming a nomenclature of quality indicators and qualified assessment of perfumes and cosmetics products using the example of hair care products [16]. However, the nomenclature of quality and safety of technically complex products has its own characteristics.
