Abstract:

In modern socially-economic conditions enterprise management includes wide issues ring, concerned with organizing production-household activity, ensuring its payability and financial sustainability. Complexity of economic processes and their interlinks with external factors, heterogeneity of aims and means of solving management tasks cause necessarily to create mechanism of forming enterprise management strategy. The work suggests forming strategy with capital structuration, which is the most important strategy elaboration part. For researched enterprise, forming strategy is based on considering schemes of ensuring satisfactory balance structure and enterprise payability. For typical in Russian enterprises crisis situation on elaborated strategy base for considered enterprise it defines possible strategies variants dozen, each of which corresponds to satisfactory balance structure and feasible on payability condition financial sustainability figures. It shows that got strategies realization requires selecting single organizationally-technic and managerial measures or their complex.
