Abstract:
Organizations depend on administrative process to carry out its goals and objectives, including its competitiveness. In an administrative environment, one of the most critical challenges that are faced by managers in both public and private sectors is aligning organisational values and goals with those of the employees. The challenges of administrative process are associated to Professionalism, which has become a fundamental prerequisite for Organisations to succeed, and be competitive.
Some Organisations are aware of the administrative challenges, and others are not. Even those Organisations that are aware of the challenges do not seem to understand the gravity and depth of the impact it has on their growth and competitiveness. This paper presents the result, which includes a framework from an interpretive case study. The Managing Professionalism and Administrative Framework (MPAF) is intended to guide managers and other employees in the management of professional acts and administrative activities in their Organisations.
