Abstract:

In the context of globalization and increased com-plexity of cyber threats and necessary protection methods, looking for solutions without collaboration is irrational. Sharing security data is either imposed by some cyber defense organiza-tions or it is locally applicable in a very small trusted community. In this paper we propose a sharing security data framework based on semantically descriptions that will enable automated and standardized defense mechanisms. The requirements and the implications regarding the adherence to such a framework are also investigated.
