Abstract:
The importance of the continuous study of cybersecurity methods in the digital context in Portugal, to combat cyber incidents and safeguard fundamental rights, has led to the urgent need for the State to develop a document with good practices to guide public services in their recovery process when they are the target of cyber incidents. A technological incident response plan is suggested for the Municipality under study, with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the postcyber- attack recovery process, given the perception of this need during the analysis carried out on the process after the incident.
