Future economists’ socio-psychological competence formation in the context of the transformation of requirements for financial analysts and consultants

Abstract:

The study presents methods and methods aimed at the formation of socio-psychological competence of future economists in the context of professional activities Scientific and methodological recommendations and conclusions are obtained based on a theoretical analysis of the socio-psychological qualities of that provide the efficiency of the process of competent professional formation. Indicators of future economists’ socio-psychological competence are proposed taking into account the specifics of economists’ work. The purpose of this article is to consider the role of socio-psychological qualities of economists in the effectiveness of the communicative interaction process, to determine the main indicators of readiness for communicative interpersonal and group interaction. The object of our study is socio-psychological competence. The subject of this study is a characteristic of indicators of the future economists’ socio-psychological competence. Professional activity is considered as highly productive from an acmeological point of view, characterized by high quality indicators in terms of the main characteristics – productivity, optimal intensity and tension, high accuracy and reliability, organization, stability and mediation – allowing quantification, pursuing positive socially significant goals, preserving health and promoting progressive development. By means of these indicators, future economists will be competent in the context of the transformation of requirements for financial analysts and consultants and the growth of requirements for professional and personal training of specialists.
