Fuzzy intuitionistic synthetic measure as a method of employee satisfaction benchmarking

Abstract:

Employee satisfaction surveys are the most commonly used employees' opinion surveys in enterprises. They owe their popularity to many benefits that they can bring to an enterprise. They provide support for management boards and managers in making decisions regarding various aspects of management. They make it possible to increase employees' engagement and efficiency of their work by recognizing what is most important for employees, what motivates them and what makes them feel frustrated. Actions taken by management boards of enterprises based on the results of employee satisfaction surveys allow reducing employees turnover or minimizing the risk of leaving key employees. Conducting satisfaction surveys also strengthens the enterprise's image as caring for its employees through systematic monitoring and recognition of their needs.
