Genetic Algorithm for Determining Optimal Scheduling of Epidemic Interviews

Abstract:

With the development of civilization, various types of diseases appear, such as Covid, which are a real problem for the entire human population. These are diseases that often cause various epidemics. They are usually local in nature but are increasingly characterized by human spread over a wider area. Counteracting such diseases is diverse, including the development of mathematical models corresponding to the description of epidemic diseases [1], [2], [3], [4]. It is worth mentioning here a basic work by Kermack and McKendrick [5], created in the first half of the 20th century. They make a hypothesis that predicts the number and distribution of population-borne infectious disease cases over time. They published their theory in papers analyzed to this day. The Kermack-McKendrick theory provides the basis for SIR models. Many modifications have been made. They are described in numerous works. Collective and mature models for various cases are presented in monographs [6] and [7].
