Abstract:

We present the results of the development for innovative tools of geo-information and geo-ecological support within environmental economics. Alluvium of large areas in the waters of the Neva river, construction of high-rise complex Lakhta in Saint-Petersburg, construction of the marine gas pipeline Nordstream 2 in the North-West of Russia, the construction of the Sabetta port in the Arctic are examples of major Russian projects in the field of environmental economics. Developed tools have to help while natural risk management within environmental planning and management during the implementation of major projects in the field of environmental economics in the context of climate change. The proposed innovative tools of geo-information and geo-ecological support form a reliable basis for the development of the global market for environmental goods and services with application of intelligent systems, characteristic of the post-industrial stage of the global market.
