Globalization: Between Immigration and Discrimination, What Opportunities Emerge in this New Order?

Abstract:

Globalization, migratory movements and gender inequalities have produced new complex meanings and phenomena such as the emerging knowledge economy and new professional opportunities. The social effects of economic change have not been the overwhelming equality of opportunity, but rather inequality and poverty. The purpose of this article is to read contextual situations and to propose new and unprecedented solutions. The methodology used has sought to outline a general picture of the context in terms of ethnic and racial relationships and to focus attention on the dynamics of gender exclusion and discrimination.
