Abstract:
The organizational structure of a multinational corporation is influenced not only by factors of socio-cultural, technical-economic, legislative-political influence, but also by the internationalization level of its activity. The higher the internationalization level is, the deeper the changes in its organization will be. Attempting to derive maximum profit from the advantages of the external markets, the firm will have to accomplish the coordination of all its units’ activities, both those from its origin country and those from host-countries. There is not an ideal structure, because factors change in time and because products, countries and companies have different needs.
