Abstract:

The study carried out discusses the best practices required for IT-GRC and how an integrated GRC model can be used for analyzing the best processes and practices required for adequate IT-GRC. The study discusses various models proposed by researchers throughout the years and filters down the essential elements of all models in order to meet the requirements of government entities. The research involves the use of qualitative analysis and provides the requirements and needs of government entities with respect to the kind of GRC model they require for IT management. The model discussed has been developed from Racz et al., (2010) and has been incorporated in the final chapter of this study.
