Guests‘ Preferences of Local Accommodation Facilities in Relation to the Preference of Other Guests

Abstract:

The article deals with the preferences of guests of small accommodation facilities. A wide range of customer satisfaction surveys are being conducted in this area, but they are often focused on perceiving the quality of the service already delivered. The issue of guest preferences is not such a topic for research, although preferences have a major influence on the choice of the device. In addition, preferences are also one of the important factors in how and to whom to offer the right product and are the starting point when considering the issue of market targeting. Research was addressed to guests of small but also large, often global organizations, and their preferences were then compared.
