Abstract:

Quality management is one of the most important automotive development goals and even more important is to develop safety car. Hazard Analyses and Risk Assessment (HARA) concept is created on level 0 by car OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and define interfaces to all levels. DFSS - Design for Six Sigma is the best methodology for creating robust products. Extrapolating DFSS can be define as a managing philosophy, comprising a lot of tools and methodologies and interfaces between them.
