Abstract:

Over the last few years, many countries have seen a significant increase in the number of regulations related to artificial intelligence systems (e.g. the California Bolstering Online Transparency Act 2019 (prohibits the use of a bot to communicate or interact online) (Kamal 2024), NYC Local Law 144 of July 5, 2023, the UN General Assembly adopted the first resolution on AI security on March 21, 2024). They appeared in response to the popularization in many markets of products and services enriched with various elements of a kind of artificial intelligence, which is accompanied by growing risks of a very diverse nature
