A woman is not expected to be only a wife or a mother anymore. Social roles which are put on women shift slightly and nowadays, more than less often, women are also expected to be an employee or an employer. Well-educated women are more than prepared to take on various professional challenges. However, some measures inhibit the free development of women in this area of life thus piasting managerial positions is met with various barriers. Therefore, it is necessary to look for alternatives through which the opportunities for the professional development of women and men will be equalized.
