Abstract:

This research paper describes the emerging trend of niche tourism and focuses on some of the most important forms of this type of tourism activity, analyzing both current development and future evolution of these tourism trends. We assess the enormous versatility and potential of the selected niches, and we highlight the impact that these activities will have on mainstream tourism, both economically and socially, in the near future. The trends presented in this research paper will benefit both the tourism industry and the consumer and will fundamentally transform tourism in the near future.
