Abstract:
Healthcare hospitality is a wealthy industry that operates across international level. There is a fierce competition between countries on this huge global industry. This phenomenon needs the mobilization of resources such as human, financial and equipment. Tunisia attracting the healthcare tourists by proposing high quality and low cost healthcare services, specialized care with concierge and hospitality benefits. Healthcare hospitality have a big interest from healthcare providers willing to fascinate health travelers. Consequently, there has been an increasing concern for the sustainability of this new industry. The present article aims to draw appropriate senarios for healthcare hospitality system in Tunisia by 2030. we analyse the actors' games and power balance of alla stakeholders using "Mactor" method of prospective, which scrutinizes both convergences and divergences of actors vis-à-vis certain number of stakes and objectives associated to the project of healthcare hospitality development. Finaly we adopt the morphological analysis using “Morphol” method to determine the most plausible scenario to strategic propspective growth of healthcare hospitality in horizon of 2030.
