Abstract:

This research paper addresses the issue of how the governing body of the European Union works, the European Commission. After understanding the process and procedure, we highlight the dynamic care of analysing and comparing the economic value of the significant ports in Europe, port of Rotterdam and port of Constanta. This parallel is built in idea of highlighting the necessity of reforming the Romanian port to become competitive at global level.
