Abstract:

The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI) was administered to a of international and domestic students studying at the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic to assess their cross-cultural adaptability. Adaptation to non-native cultural environments is essential for study or work related sojourns. The results indicate that as far as cross-cultural adaptability of students is concerned, there are differences between country of origin and gender as measured by CCAI.
