How Learning Organization Supports the Culture of Change Field Study at Algerian Banks

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to investigate empirically the relation between the learning organization and culture of change. Correlation analysis and regression analysis was conducted with a sample of the main banks in Algeria. The application of this study was limited to employees in the Algerian banking industry in 2022, and the results of this study on the implications of validity and reliability of the tools in the study used. The results support the hypothesis that learning organization has a positive impact on banks culture of change. The results extend the understanding of the role of organizational learning in creating culture of change and building sustainable advantages for banks in emerging economies, where different technological advancements may bring different implications for valuation of culture of change.
