Abstract:
In this complicated year 2020, COVID-19 made what was once optional into a mandatory part of business strategy, and 2021 will only move the needle further to the digital side. In respect to digital business in 2021, big changes will be seen coming as the post-pandemic era continues to rapidly transform the business landscape. Thus, what many considered optional became imperative overnight speaking of digital business as the majority of businesses will invest in having a full-fledged digital presence. Digital transformation involves using digital technologies to remake a process to become more efficient or effective; the idea is to use technology not just to replicate an existing service in a digital form, but to use technology to transform that service into something significantly better. Therefore, we start a larger research dedicated to digital transformation and digitalization issues and their influences over the business’s performances. Thus, in the beginning, this papers explains what digital transformation is, why it matters, and what its big trends are. The remaining part of the paper deals with identifying ways to find the best talent to drive the cloud and digital transformation in every business. However, businesses must make good on their commitments to embrace a digital model in order to stay relevant and competitive in today's market, as well as to provide better employee and customer experiences.
