How the Occupational Stress , Psychological Empowerment and Innovative behavior can Impact the level of Intrapreneurship behavior in Mexican Service Companies ?

Abstract:

Through the following research, we seek to know the way in which behaviors are generated in workers of service companies that lead to the existence of intrapreneurial behavior in them, so that through the exploration of 4 variables, which are occupational stress, psychological empowerment, innovative behavior through the development of a questionnaire that will be applied to a sample of 129 employees, We seek to gather information that allows us to verify how the aforementioned variables are related to intra-entrepreneurial behavior within service companies, later, through a structural equation model, the correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable is analyzed, which will allow us to give verification of our hypotheses. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
