Abstract:
The aim of the paper is to present the importance of creating employees’ enthusiasm in contemporary organizations, with an indication of turquoise organizations as predisposed to create the right conditions in this regard. Enthusiasm is understood here as the emotional state specific to the highest degree of human involvement, hence the importance of managing it. The paper, of a epistemological nature, presents key concepts and relationships between them, as well as indicates those elements of turquoise organization that have a special impact on creating conditions favorable from the point of view of creating enthusiasm and employee involvement. At the same time, specific methods that could be used to establish them were pointed out. According to the author, employees self-awareness growth, increased expectations toward the employer related to personal development, as well as the imperative of innovation provoke modern organizations to intensify activities related to arousing enthusiasm at work. The study was based on literature studies and the results of foreign empirical research.
