Abstract:
Currently, digitalization is a global trend, and in order to be competitive in the market, many companies are seeking to integrate digital technology into their daily activities. One of the main innovators in the field of digitalization are global companies, for which it is extremely important to coordinate business in various countries. It is for them that the issue of digitalization is most acute. This article analyzes the activities in Russia of the British-Dutch company , which manufactures consumer goods. The results of the study of digital management tools that can have a positive impact on the efficiency of the company. For this purpose, both a standard and a digital value chain are considered. On the example the process due to the impact of digitization. An assessment of the current level of digital maturity of the company and the expected level after the introduction of digital tools is proposed, critical success factors are formed as well as digital competencies of organization's management.
