Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to find a description of motivation, work discipline, and employee productivity Production Division, then to determine the effect of motivation on employee productivity Production Division, and to determine the effect of labor discipline on employee productivity Production Division. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the data. The research model used in this research using descriptive explanatory. This study was conducted on 80 employees with saturated sampling technique (census). The data collection technique using a survey method that is spreading questionnaire which is then processed by the program Smart PLS 3.2.7.The results of PLS show there is a positive and significant influence between motivation toward work productivity and there are positive and significant influence between work discipline toward work productivity of Production Division Employees.
