Human Capital Management by Approaches of Corporate Governance in Regional Economy

Abstract:

Organizations across the world compete in a global environment, human capital management became inherent part of long term strategic development. Corporate Governance practices deal with best possible ways for effective and efficient management of the company. Strategic human capital planning is the process by which an organization takes stock of how its people and people-management activities align with and support that organization’s strategic goals. This article deals with managing human capital using approaches of corporate governance.
